Dr. Rita Huang, M.A., M.Ed., Ph. D., Psy.D. is a nationally certified psychologist. Her masters and two Ph.D. degrees in Clinical Psychology, Educational Psychology, Child and Adolescent Psychology and Counseling Psychology were earned at the nationally renowned Stetson University, Michigan State University, and California Southern University. Formerly, Dr. Rita served as a therapist at Dr. Paul Meier’s New Life Clinic, and as the former Director of Trinity Christian Counseling Ministry at Trinity Church in Lansing, Michigan. Now running her own private practice in Michigan, she provides counseling to children, adolescents, couples, individuals and seniors, referred to her from over a hundred churches and physicians’ offices in the Greater Lansing area.
Dr. Rita received the Best Counselor Award for 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, and 2015 from the National Local Business Association and is being put in the Hall of Fame for “Best Counselor.” In addition to her practice, she assists churches with the evaluation, interviews and recommendations of pastors and ministry staff. She is the author of Silver Lining: Testimonies for those who are in Pain, and is also the author of The Hippo that fell off the Seesaw and other Parables from Christian Counseling. She speaks at local churches and national conferences.
The analogy stories in her Hippo book have helped many readers and patients overcome damaging life issues. By using real-life scenarios to illuminate new insights and coping strategies, Dr. Rita provides a fresh perspective on how to wisely navigate the challenges of life in a fun, simple and memorable way. She is skillful in helping others deal constructively with relationships, conflict resolution, decision-making, perfectionism, emotional disturbances and many other challenges. Her stories are drawn from life experiences and therefore those reading them will undoubtedly recognize themselves at one time or another.

The A Game Of Business

Eighteen years ago Lorraine Lane was a happy corporate employee. Recently promoted, she was spearheading a major initiative at the request of the company vice president. But two weeks later she received the dreaded pink slip along with everyone else in her department, due to “budget cuts.”
What followed was two and a half years of taking on assignments as an independent contractor in order to bring income into the household; job-searching; accepting a full-time job and quitting two months later. Basically, a stressful time.
Finally, she decided to build her own business.
Today Lorraine’s business is thriving, built mostly on referrals. She coaches small businesses one-on-one, and with her partner, Jay Michlin, is guiding 12 local business owners in a year-long program, the Business Mastery Academy, to build their businesses on a solid foundation.
Lorraine also facilitates the A-Game Program, a ten-week program based on her book, Business-Building Referrals, on the art and strategy of building a business through referrals.
She brings more than two decades of learning and experience to her individual clients and A-Game participants. Having launched her consulting business in Florida, California, and then Florida once more, she understands fully the issues faced by entrepreneurs. She observes that, “I know first-hand what it takes to build a small business.”
Lorraine’s background includes an undergraduate degree in Education from the University of Vermont and a Masters in Business Administration. She served as an adjunct faculty member for San Jose State University’s Professional Development Center and has served in that capacity for a local university and community college in the Tampa area.
She has served in leadership positions with various Chambers of Commerce and has received many awards for her involvement in the community.

Rosemarie Kaupp, a registered nurse, has a BSN from the University of Pennsylvania. She worked over 49 years as an RN. For 24 years she was a school nurse. She is a lifelong dog lover and the owner of the family dog, Amber, that was the inspiration for her children’s book series, The Amberella Tales. Her books and her writing and the personal losses in her life have led her to varied venues and now to BBM Global Network. She resides in southeastern Pennsylvania.

Rosemarie as an RN, especially working with children and families as a school nurse, has a particular interest in enriching the lives of children and families. She says her reason for writing her children’s books is to enrich children’s lives with positive memories, characters and experiences. Also, she wants to provide quality parent-child time. For the same reasons she wants to provide a variety of guests on her show who can provide parents with information and experiences which can help them and help their children directly or indirectly.
